Women’s Weekend Russian River 2026 Attendee Waiver & Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Women’s Weekend Russian River 2026 (“WWRR26”). By purchasing a ticket and attending, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Waiver & Release of Liability

By participating in WWRR26, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and activities. You release and forever discharge Shug-Dogg Productions, LLC and its affiliates, owners, managers, staff, volunteers, successors, and assigns from any and all claims of injury, loss, or damage (including death), whether caused in whole or in part by negligence.

2. Event Activities

Scheduled from May 14–17, 2026, the Event includes but is not limited to: drag & burlesque shows, DJ pool parties, evening dance parties, glow-in-the-dark mini golf, outdoor movies, karaoke, dart competitions, Friends of Bill meetings, trans meet-ups, bingo, lawn games, and yoga.

3. Media Release

Photographs, video, and drone footage will be taken during WWRR26. By attending without a “No Photos” wristband (available at registration), you grant the Event Provider an unlimited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your likeness in marketing and publicity.

  • Wearing a “No Photos” wristband means you will not be the subject of published photos.

  • You may still appear incidentally in backgrounds of photos or videos.

4. Fitness to Participate

You affirm that you have no physical, mental, or medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. If necessary, you agree to seek medical clearance prior to attending.

5. Alcohol & Substances

  • Alcohol may be available at certain venues. Participants are responsible for their own consumption and behavior.

  • The Event Provider is not liable for any incident or injury related to intoxication or impairment.

  • Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

6. Conduct & Removal

WWRR26 is a safe, inclusive, and respectful community. The Event Provider reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant, without refund, for:

  • Illegal or unsafe behavior

  • Harassment or disruptive conduct

  • Actions jeopardizing the safety or enjoyment of others

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Provider and Releasees against any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation or violation of these Terms.

8. Communicable Disease Acknowledgment

By attending, you understand and accept the inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Ticketing & Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are subject to the official refund and transfer policy posted on Eventbrite. By completing registration, you agree to these terms.

10. Full & Final Settlement

By signing or accepting electronically, you confirm that:

  • You had time to read and understand this Waiver.

  • You were encouraged to seek independent legal advice.

  • You fully understand the rights you are waiving.

  • You are freely and voluntarily agreeing.

  • You are forever prevented from suing or claiming against the Event Provider for any loss, injury, or damages related to your participation.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Waiver is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Governing Law

This Waiver will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California.

Reminder: Agreement to these Terms & Conditions is required during registration. Participants who do not accept will not be admitted to the Event.
